The sequels were horrible, and it was a contributing factor, but not for me. The biggest reason we like the prequels is cause some of us were kids who grew up with the prequels. Now, nobody even talks about Star Wars cause Disney killed it.

You mention that you aren't a 40 something year old man, and your taste definitely reflects that (nothing wrong with that at all!) As I'm barreling towards 40 myself, and obviously not the man I used to be 15 years ago, my prime is behind me in terms of looks and certain opportunities...which is why I absolutely adore OUATIH. Aging is a bitter pill to swallow, most men have trouble with it. Maybe if you approach it again in a decade or two, you might feel differently. I think it's phenomenal and really speaks on a man coming to terms with his life changing with age, and his best friend whose already crossed that bridge and has a "fuck it" attitude about it. Plus Tarantino's bonkers violence is used sparingly so it punches harder when you get it. I think it's head and shoulders his most mature movie. Don't mean to sound preachy, I just love that movie so much.

Just did a marathon today will all the movies and I’m sorry but you are totally right this movie is total crap even Genisys was 10x better than this piece of 💩 at some point I had to watch Dark Fate on x2 speed just because I couldn’t bear it anymore.

Okay IT Chapter Two is not Nearily as Good As IT Chapter One but you can still have Fun with it throughout act 1 And 2 but Act 3 was the Worst part of this Movie! Just because of the way Pennywise Dies is just completely Stupid and Unnecessary completely. IT Chapter One for me was always a 8/10 Movie For me but IT Chapter Two went for a little Boat Ride down the lain of Horrible Endings, IT Chapter Two is a 5.5/10.

Blair Witch 2 is canonically an in-universe movie made years after the events of the first film. The overall background is that after the 1994 footage of the three students was released as a film (aka the original Blair Witch Project) some mentally unwell college kid saw it and became obsessed with it. He took his friends out on a road trip and he eventually killed all of them. And then some ass-hat studio decided to adapt that tragedy into a movie sequel, Book of Shadows, which instantly became controversial and the perpetrator and victims’ parents demonized the film for being in horribly poor taste. This is all covered in the fourth in-universe mockumentary “Shadow of the Blair Witch”. Does that make Book of Shadows a better movie? No, but we at least have an in-universe reason as to why it sucked.

I know this video is 4 years old but I like Jar Jar, in the Phantom Menace he was annoying but once his character was toned down it worked well. I think him being a sith would have been really sick if he turned out to be a sadistic monster that does horrible things, sadly now we have a palpatine loop.
